How to apply for buybacks at Jainam Space?

• The process to apply for corporate actions such as buybacks, takeovers, and delisting depends on whether a Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction (DDPI) or Power of Attorney (POA) has been submitted or not. 

• Buyback Bid Process Through Space Web (if the POA or DDPI has been submitted): -
  
• To apply for buyback from Space web, follow the given steps:

1. 1. log in to https://space.jainam.in 
   2. Select comet 
   3. Select utilities .
   4. Select corporate action.
   5. Select a company for bid (buyback)
   6. Select bid option.(If the bidder is a broker, then now he have to enter client code.If the bidder is a direct client, he can directly proceed.)
   7. Edit quantity.
   8. Click on the undertaking checkbox.
   9. Click on Submit.

• Buyback Bid Process Through Space App:
• To apply for buyback from Space web, follow the given steps:

1. 1. Login to space app by giving your Login ID ,password and PIN.
   2. Brokers have to further give the client code.
   3. Tap on corporate actions.
   4. You can now see, different buybacks going on your scrips.
   5. Select the scrip you want to bid for buyback and tap on apply.
   6. Now, enter the quantity.
   7. Click on the undertaking checkbox.
   8. Click on Continue.
