Why did my e-Mandate registration fail?

• E-mandates registration may fail due to various reasons:

1. 1. If client has given incorrect credentials(Id and password) or

      ---

   2. If any error is there on authentication window, before entering credentials.

• The specific reason will be known by the client’s bank and not Jainam.
