Why is my e-Mandate registration is pending for more than specified days at Jainam?

• SPECIFIED DAYS FOR MANDATE REGISTRATION AT JAINAM ARE: -

1. 1. For net banking and debit card option - 7 days
   2. For Offline banking /Physical option    - 30 days.

•  Generally, it takes 7 working days to complete registration process of those clients who opts for net banking and debit card. However, in cases where Jainam do not receive confirmation from bank for registration within 7 days then, the mandate status will be pending or under-process on comet.
  
  
• Generally, it takes 30 working days to complete registration process of those clients who opts for physical option to create mandates. However, in cases where Jainam do not receive confirmation from bank for registration within 30 days then, the mandate status will be pending or under-process on comet.
  
  
• In such cases, Jainam’s team try to be in contact with bank to complete the registration process.
