- As per SEBI Rules, funds can be transferred only from bank accounts linked to the Jainam account.
- If funds were transferred through NEFT, IMPS, RTGS or cheque from an unlinked bank account in the client’s name, then the amount will not be updated automatically in the Jainam’s account as the bank will not be providing complete details to Jainam.
- Such type of details need to be mapped manually by providing given below information to the Jainam: -
- Account holder's name.
- Account number.
- IFSC code
- Branch detalis of the bank.
- Link the bank account as a secondary bank with Jainam and create a ticket with the transaction details. The funds will be updated to client’s Jainam a/c within 48 working hours.
- Otherwise, the amount will be refunded within 48 working hours of creating the ticket.
