• Investor can be classified on the basis of the amount of the bid:

1. 1. Retail Investor: - Retail Investor are those who bids in an IPO for an amount less than 2,00,000.
   2. High Networth Investor(HNI) : HNI are those who bids in an IPO for an amount equal or more than 2,00,000.
