What are best practices for Jainam Pro Application?

  • The client should be in the full network connectivity as the application needs at least a 4G connection or Wi-Fi connectivity to take login.
  • The client’s phone’s RAM should be at least 8 GB to run the application smoothly.
  • Clients should make sure that once a week or whenever they will get a message for updating the application they should update the Jainam Pro 2.0 application.
  • For smooth login kindly enable the biometric or fingerprint so that the client does not have to enter the password whenever he or she takes login in the application.
  • (new login)Kindly note that if you have opened a new account in the Jainam Pro application, please wait for 24 hours to 48 hours to take login into the application.
  • If the client has not traded for three months, the client will be considered Passive. So it is suggested that if you are not a regular trader in the application; kindly trade once a month to keep your account Active. 
  • As per the new policy of compliance, the client has to reset his or her password every 15 days.
