1. 1. Individual Investor: - for resident and non- resident Individuals and HUF’s.
   2. Shareholder: - if shares are issued at discount for existing shareholders.
   3. Employee: - if shares are issued at discount for employees.
   4. Policy Holder: - if the company issuing shares is an insurance company and is issuing shares to existing policy holders.
