- Due to the following reasons, client can receive credit without placing any withdrawal request:
- NOT TRADED IN LAST 30 DAYS ( MONTHLY PAYOUTS): -
As per SEBI/Exchange Rules, if any client has not traded for 30 days , then we(Jainam) have to transfer their ledger’s credit to their primary bank account. For Example : - If client has last traded on 05.09.2023 and their ledger’s credit is ₹ 10,500 and client has not done any kind of transactions for next 30 days then, Jainam will have to co mpulsory give ₹ 10,500 in their primary bank account on 5 oct. 2023.
- QUARTERLY PAYOUT : -
As per SEBI/Exchange Rules, Jainam have to compulsory transfer client’s unutilized funds in every 90 days i.e., quarterly payout on first Friday of every quarter. For Example : - For 2nd quarter (April- June) on 1st Friday of July (07.07.2023) If client’s unutilized funds (after Billing of trades) is ₹ 7500, then we have to compulsory give ₹ 7,500 in their primary bank account.
RELATED FACTS: - - Brokers may retain the funds if a client has an outstanding position on the first Friday of the quarter on which settlement is scheduled.
- If the account is opened after the previous quarterly settlement date, the funds will not be transferred back for the current quarter.
