- Bank account details cannot be added or changed due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect bank proof provided : - A common mistake is while uploading bank proof is when Jainam’s team is not able to recognize bank account number and IFSC details properly .In that case request will be rejected.
- The bank branch or IFSC is not recognized by CDSL.
- If you are unable to add or change bank details, please create a ticket with bank proof.
- The bank proof can be one of the following:
- A self-attested copy of the bank statement or cheque displaying the IFSC and MICR code clearly with bank Branch address containing Pin code.
- Jainam will contact CDSL to update the IFSC within 48 hours, following which clients can proceed with adding or changing bank details.
