Why bank account details provided are not be added or changed?

  • Bank account details cannot be added or changed due to the following reasons:
    1. Incorrect bank proof provided : -  A common mistake is while uploading bank proof is when Jainam’s team is not able to recognize bank account number and IFSC details properly .In that case request will be rejected.
    2. The bank branch or IFSC is not recognized by CDSL.
    3. If you are unable to add or change bank details, please create a ticket with bank proof.

  • The bank proof can be one of the following:
    1. A self-attested copy of the bank statement or cheque displaying the IFSC and MICR code clearly with bank Branch address containing Pin code.
    2. Jainam will contact CDSL to update the IFSC within 48 hours, following which clients can proceed with adding or changing bank details.
