What can I do when I am as a client can’t see the holding in the application?

What can I do when I am as a client can’t see the holding in the application?


  • A client can see his holdings and positions by tapping on the portfolio icon given at in bottom of the app screen.
  • Initially, the client should himself login into tech Excel and check whether his POA(Power of Attorney) is Yes Or No.
  • Client can also provide his login ID to Jainam to check his POA status.
  • If the POA is showing “YES” then it will be shown as the holding in the application.
  • If the POA is showing “NO” then, the client should contact his RM or Branch for further process.
