How to check status of the request submitted for adding bank a/c through Jainam Space?


  • Any client can check his status for the request submitted for adding bank accounts through Jainam’s pace by following these steps:-
    1. log in to https://space.jainam.in by entering your user -id and password and PIN.
    2. On the right-hand corner your name initial is shown. Select that.
    3. From the drop down select My Profile.
    4. View your bank details in my profile section. Select + sign given on top - right hand side of the bank details.
    5. UNDER PROCESS STATUS: - The status will be shown as under process  if the request is under scrutiny at Jainam’s back office.
    6. RETURN STATUS :- the status will be shown as return status if the Checker at Jainam’s back office have rejected the request.

RELATED FACTS: -

  • The add bank request can be rejected due to the following reasons:
  1. Incorrect bank proof provided : -  A common mistake is while uploading bank proof is when Jainam’s team is not able to recognize bank account number, IFSC details properly .In that case request will be rejected.
  2. The bank branch or IFSC is not recognized by CDSL.
    Note: -If you are unable to add or change bank details, please create a ticket with bank proof.

  3. The bank proof can be a self-attested copy of the bank statement or cheque displaying the IFSC and MICR code clearly with bank Branch address containing Pin code.
  4. Jainam will contact CDSL to update the IFSC within 48 hours, following which clients can proceed with adding or changing bank details.
