  1. What should I do if while submitting add bank a/c request through space Jainam, my bank verification fails?

  • Any client can request for add bank account through Jainam’s spacWhile submitting the request for add bank if the bank verification fails then the client have two options:
  1. Option 1 :- If your mobile number is registered or linked with Aadhar card then you can use E- Sign option.
  2. Option 2  : - If your mobile number is not registered or not linked with Aadhar card then you can use physical   form option.

  3. A self-attested copy of the bank statement or cheque displaying the IFSC and MICR code clearly with bank Branch address containing Pin code.
  4. Jainam will contact CDSL to update the IFSC within 48 hours, following which clients can proceed with adding or changing bank details
