- The withdrawal request can be rejected by Jainam, if the following client’s details are not updated in Jainam’s back-office software: -
- While selecting account type, only saving or current a/c is allowed for withdrawable purpose.
For e.g. - selecting NRE bank a/c is not allowed. - IFSC CODE of client’s bank has been changed, but not updated in Jainam’s client bank details.
- Default bank is not selected by the client among different bank a/c .
- EFT option is not selected in the selected default bank a/c.
Note: - Client have to fill YES option in default and EFT option together for a same bank.
