I received an email and SMS saying that my withdrawal request was rejected. Why is this?

 I received an email and SMS saying that my withdrawal request was rejected. Why is this?

  • The withdrawal request can be rejected by Jainam, if the following client’s details are not updated in Jainam’s back-office software: -
    1. While selecting account type, only saving or current a/c is allowed for withdrawable purpose.
      For e.g. - selecting NRE bank a/c is not allowed.
    2. IFSC CODE of client’s bank has been changed, but not updated in Jainam’s client bank details.
    3. Default bank is not selected by the client among different bank a/c .
    4. EFT option is not selected in the selected default bank a/c.
      Note: - Client have to fill YES option in default and EFT option together for a same bank.
