Purpose :

The purpose of employee referral policy is to explain the procedure to be followed while referring a candidate and also to smoothen the process for the existing employees and those they refer.

Scope :

This policy is applicable to all the permanent and probation employees of Jainam Broking Limited except Management, HR department and concerned divisional or core heads.

Process

 The referral scheme starts with the posting of the vacancy in Jainam by HR team on the web portal.

 The employee after noticing the requirement looks into their network and refers to a candidate if it is found suitable.

 The employees who wish to refer a candidate/connection should send the resume/CVs to the HR team at the email id hrteam@jainam.biz

 HR Team shall review the resume of the candidate and match the skill and qualities with the job description of vacant position.

 After the final selection, the employee who has referred the candidate is informed about the selection of the candidate by the HR.

 If the candidate joins the company, the employee referral amount is payable to the employee who referred the new joinee only after completion of the probation period of 3 months or 6 months.

 The referral amount is paid along with the employee’s salary.

Guidelines

 This policy shall be applicable w.e.f. 1st June 2023. Which means that any candidate refered prior the

effective date i.e. 1st June 2023 shall not be covered under the employee referral policy and referal amount shall stand non-payable.

 The employee referral scheme policy is applicable to all the regular and probation serving employees of Jainam.

 The employee referral scheme policy is applicable to office asst. upto Deputy manager only.

 Any employee hiring the refered candidate under themselves / their own division then, this policy shall not be applicable. They can refer for other divisions.

 Submission of a candidate's resume to HR team is the whole and sole responsibility of employee referring the candidate.

 The role of the employee who is referring the candidate is limited to submission of resume. Interview and other formalities shall happen as per the normal process of recruitment only.

 This policy shall not be applicable to the employees who refer their friends/relatives/connections to build their career. This will be considered as a philanthropic act of the employee and Jainam towards the refered candidate and no referal amount shall be applicable.

 Referral amount will be paid on completion of probation period. The amount will be processed with the completed month’s payroll.

 In case if the probation period is extend by one or two months or more, then amount will be paid after that duration. Referral amount will be release after the review submitted by the reporting Manager on Earth (Web Portal).

 In case of duplication of referral amount, the employee who has first referred the candidate will be given preference. The first employee will be eligible for internal referral.

 Candidate directly approaching the HR for submission of resume will not be considered for employee referral even though if the employee is known to candidate.

 Selection of referred candidate depends on merit. Making a referral does not mean final selection.

 In case a manager refers a candidate, he/she doesn't hold any rights to request or demand for mapping the candidate in any department after selection neither in their own department nor others i.e. once the HR receives the resume, all the applicants shall be treated as per the standard operating recruitment process.

 In case the candidate has applied before the employee has referred him in such case no employee referral will be paid.

 In case the employee has resigned during 3 months from the date of joining, no employee referral will be paid to employee.

 No special advantages would be given to the referred candidate.

 Only the candidate who meets the qualification required for a given position will be eligible for employee referral.

 Referral should be made from the employee contacts only, no referral should be made with the help of any recruitment agency.

 An employee however as per the "referral policy" cannot refer any family member or blood relative or former company employee.

 An employee following the employee referral scheme policy can provide maximum 5 referrals in a Quater.
