For establishing corporate culture, grooming standard cannot ignore. Following grooming standards is the mark of good employees of reputed and corporate firm and we should maintain that standard. Each Employee is expected to practice good habits of grooming and personal hygiene.
All Employees should be well groomed during the working hours. It includes dressing, hair style and other outer appearance.
Two things are mandatory in grooming policy.
Every employee should carry their identity card.
Every employee should be in formal and professional dress.
Following Grooming Policy will be applicable for employees who are dealing directly to clients, Sub Brokers etc (Example – All Branch staff including BM, RM, Dealer, Back office, Customer care, Cluster Head, Sub-broker Development, Franchisee Development etc)
Every employee should carry their identity card.
Formal dress with formal polish shoes, Clean shave on daily basis is mandatory
If employees are wearing Tie than that will be appreciated.
Employees can wear denim or jeans or t-shirts only on Saturday.
Following points should be keep in mind
HR Department and respective Managers of employee will monitor the grooming standards of all employees.
If we found that any employee is not following the grooming policies, then in that case we will have the record of those employees. To make grooming policy more effective, monthly grooming performance will be taken into consideration.
As in this financial year we have linked grooming policy with performance appraisal. If an employee fails to follow the grooming policy, then it may affect in his/her performance Appraisal.
