This policy governs the gifts that are gifted or received by the employee of the organization. It is applicable to gifts within the organization as well as between the professional connections made on behalf of the organization.
The purpose of this gift policy is to establish uniformity in gifting culture within the organization and restrict any conflict of interest.
The policy is applicable to all the permanent, temporary employee or intern of the organization. Moreover the policy also cover those gifts which are receive from Mutual Funds AMC and other external agencies.
A gift, in terms of value, could be either nominal or significant value. For purpose of this policy Mutual Funds and Equity Share of nominal value and quantity is defined. At several occasion Corporate Gift Item are also gifted.

The value of gift are subject to change at the discretion of Management decision.
On receiving any such gift that doesn’t fulfil this policy, then employee shall politely request the giver to take it back. This should also be informed about to the HR.
In such a case where it is impractical or discourteous to return the gift, the employee may declare and surrender the gift or favour to the HR as soon as possible.
In circumstances where the gift involves gifts such as meals or trips, the employee may accept this only with prior permission of Vice President and HR.
Any gifts receive that is edible in nature should be shared amongst all the employees.
In the case of perishable food items, it should be shared by the employees present during that time. In case of non-perishable food item, employee who are absent at that time should be rendered with their share whenever they are present the next time.
Gift Policy Exemption:
Exempted from this policy are gifts which are obtain at events such as….
Return gift on Director’s Birthday,
Return gift on the occasion of marriage of Director’s family member,
At the conference or training events, seminars and trade show, that are offered equally to all of the employees.
Gifts receive on visit to vendor location or employee at the time of separation are also exempted from the policy.
